Shipping and returns

Shipping

Printed books are shipped from France. During checkout we ask for a full delivery address and phone number. The shipping price is calculated from the delivery country: France uses the France rate, and every other country uses the international rate shown at checkout.

Digital books

EPUB and audiobook orders do not require shipping. Delivery of licensed digital files will be handled by email and magic link when the licensing module is connected.

Returns

If a printed book arrives damaged or the wrong item was shipped, contact us by email with the order number and photos of the package and book. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Digital purchases cannot normally be returned after access to the file has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
