We collect only the information needed to process orders, communicate with customers, prepare invoices and provide digital access when applicable.

For digital-only orders we ask for email, full name and tax or billing country. For orders that include a printed book we also ask for shipping address, phone number and optional company name.

We do not sell customer data. We may share delivery details with shipping providers and order information with accounting, payment or technical service providers when required to operate the shop.

Order and licensing records are stored for operational, accounting and legal purposes. You may contact us by email to request access, correction or deletion where applicable law allows it.
